The PAC Ops Mifare DESFire 4K EV1 Proximity Cards are designed for organisations that take access control seriously. Built around a 4K Mifare DESFire chip with a 7-byte unique serial number, these cards address one of the more persistent headaches in physical security — the risk of token cloning. The Ops technology adds a further layer of counterfeiting resistance, so the cards you issue stay the cards you issued.

No batteries, no maintenance, no upper limit on reads. Each card operates passively, drawing power from the reader at the point of contact — the kind of reliability that facilities and security managers tend to appreciate when they're not thinking about it at all. Sold in packs of 10, they arrive in standard CR80 format (86mm x 54mm), the same dimensions as a credit card, and are fully compliant with ISO/IEC 14443 A parts 1–4.
