The CCVD40700-50A blank DESFire Salto 4K EV3 cards are the current replacement for the older PCD04KB-50 cards — the go-to credential for organisations running a Salto Series 9 access control system. Operating at 13.56 MHz and equipped with 4K bytes of memory, these contactless cards use Salto's own encryption method to deliver a solid level of security at the card level.
They're also compatible with Mifare Card Systems in read-only mode, which gives you a degree of flexibility if your setup spans multiple reader types.
