The Cotag IB911 Active Keyring Tag is a factory-encoded active tag designed for use with Cotag hands-free readers. Compact enough to sit on a keyring, it delivers the kind of convenience that access control should always offer — credentials that don't require fumbling through a bag or pocket. Read range runs from 9 to 25cm with standard Cotag proximity readers, and extends to up to 85cm when paired with the Cotag HF500 reader.
One of the more practical aspects of the Cotag system is its flexibility: passive and active cards can coexist on the same installation, so organisations already running a mixed-credential setup don't need to start from scratch. The IB911 slots in without disruption.
Sold individually, making it straightforward to replace a lost tag or expand an existing deployment one credential at a time.
