The Fargo HID Prox Reader Encoder (OMNIKEY Cardman 5125) adds HID Prox encoding capability directly to your single-sided Fargo HDP5000 or HDP5600 card printer. If your organisation issues proximity access cards, this internal module brings the encoding step in-house — no separate reader, no additional desk hardware, no extra step in the workflow.

This is a factory-fit or field-installable encoder designed specifically for the HDP5000 and HDP5600 single-sided printer models. Compatibility matters here: this module will only work with single-sided variants of those printers. If you're running a dual-sided unit, this isn't the right part.
