The Zebra 3400 is a wax/resin ribbon built for environments where a standard wax ribbon simply won't hold up. The added resin content gives printed labels genuine resistance to scratches, smears, moderate heat, and abrasion — the kind of durability that matters when you're tagging steel mill components, labelling automotive parts, or marking high-value goods that will move through demanding conditions before they reach their destination.
It prints sharp, legible images on coated paper and matte synthetics at speeds up to 200mm/sec (8ips), with reliable performance on rotated barcodes. At 174mm x 45m, this ribbon is sized for wider label formats where clarity and consistency across the full print width are non-negotiable. It also carries UL recognition when used in combination with Zebra Z-Xtreme 4000 labels.
